DCG420’s Cybersecurity Stickers Exchange (CSE) is a community-building activity designed to engage participants in a fun and interactive manner, focusing on the shared interest in cybersecurity and technology.
Participants are encouraged to bring and trade stickers related to cybersecurity, fostering networking and camaraderie among professionals and enthusiasts. The exchange operates under a set of rules ensuring appropriateness, quality, and respect, with no commercial transactions allowed to maintain the spirit of sharing.

Rules for a DCG420’s Cybersecurity Stickers Exchange (CSE) at MeetUps and DCG420’s Discord can help maintain a fun and respectful environment for stickers exchanges of DCG420’s community. The DCG420’s CSE is supervised by the DCG420’s CSE Coach.
1. Stickers Relevance
All stickers should be related to cybersecurity, privacy, or technology. This could include stickers of popular software tools, cybersecurity puns, or logos of relevant organizations. Stickers should not contain offensive, derogatory, or explicit content or DCG420’s Code of Conduct. The organizers reserve the right to exclude any stickers deemed inappropriate.
2. Quality and Condition
Stickers should be in good condition, not used or damaged. They should be of a quality that ensures they won’t easily rip or fade, typically made of vinyl or a similar durable material.
3. Data Protection and Privacy
Participants must be mindful not to exchange stickers that might contain digital data (like NFC tags or QR codes) that could compromise security or privacy or any law.
4. Exchange Etiquette
Ask for permission before trading stickers. Respectfully accept if someone does not want to trade or if they do not have stickers to exchange. So, engage in trades that are fair and agreeable to both parties.
5. Inclusiveness
Encourage all participants, regardless of their level of expertise in cybersecurity, to engage in the exchange to foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
6. No Commercial Activity
Exchanging stickers should not involve money. The purpose is to exchange, not to sell or buy!
7. Labeling the stickers
If possible, a participant will label the stickers with a small note or signature indicating who it’s from or which organization it represents, adding a personal touch to the exchange.
8. Designated Area
There will be a designated area at the MeetUp or DCG420’s Discord for stickers exchange to keep the activity organized and not disruptive to others. The DCG420’s CSE can also be done in a bring-and-take format, where the participant brings their stickers or more to a designated area and takes an equal number. Stickers can also be placed in the Designated Area for free collection with no obligation to exchange.
9. DCG420’s CSE on Discord
Only verified members of the DCG420’s Discord community, who have agreed to the terms and conditions of the CSE are allowed to participate. The method of stickers delivery is determined by the participants, and it is not the responsibility of DCG420. When using Discord, the participant submits a stickers offer with a description, specifying the quality and condition, and a photo of the sticker. A participant who requests a specific stickers then makes a request with a sufficient description and possibly a photo.
10. Trade at Your Own Risk
The DCG420 or DCG420’s CSE Coach is not responsible for trades that do not meet individual expectations. Participants should ensure they are satisfied with a stickers before completing a trade.
11. End-of-Meetup Protocol
Any unclaimed or leftover stickers might be collected and saved for the next event or distributed to participants.
