The primary goal of these gatherings, whether a formal conference or a casual MeetUps, is to foster community, share knowledge, and provide opportunities for networking. By adhering to this Code of Conduct, we can ensure a productive and harmonious environment for all participants.
– Must not contain any advertising (company, products…), we make presentations for fun and not for sale.
– For presentation we recommend using our template.
– Please send us the presentation at least 1 day in advance so we can prepare it.
– Presentations start according to the program from 18h (but mainly to be comfortable, so everything can be solved on the spot)
– Try to keep to the presentation time (20 minutes)
– The presentations will be in Czech or English depending on the composition of the audience and the possibility of the speaker.
– A laptop to hold your presentation (if you supply one)
– Projector and screen
– Clickable presenter
– Timer
All speakers are required to come and have fun! They must also follow the DCG420 Code of Conduct.
And also celebrate and respect the diverse backgrounds and viewpoints of all participants and follow RainbowHat state of mind.
Do not take photos, audio, or video of participants without their explicit consent. Respect everyone’s privacy and avoid sharing personal information without permission.
It may happen that some events or part of it is marked as being under the Chatham House Rule. Why? This rule is used to encourage open discussions while protecting participants‘ identities. Then the participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
